1. Digital Products & Instant Access

If a product or service grants instant access to digital materials (downloads, templates, recordings, member-only content, or portal access), all sales are final once access is granted, unless a specific refund window is clearly stated on the sales/checkout page.

2. Webinars

  • Free webinars: No refunds apply.
  • Paid webinars: Refund eligibility (if any) will be stated at the point of purchase.

3. Coaching / Programs / Memberships

Refund terms (if any) for coaching programs, memberships, or multi-session services will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page or checkout page. If a refund window is provided, requests must be submitted within that time.

4. Rescheduling (If Applicable)
